Returns Policy
At Viz-pro we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 30 day return policy on all products, unless a product is damaged in which case they are required to be reported as damaged to us within 24 hours
If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
However, if you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs. The return cost will be 20% of your order value. For example, if your order value was £45.00, the returns cost would be £9.00 which would be deducted from the final refund. Alternatively, you can return through your own preferred carrier and a full refund will be issued upon the safe return of your order.
* All returns must be made within their original packaging
* A return fee will still be charged if the carrier collection is missed.

Please note, if your order is a bespoke item or made to order this is non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you have placed an order, unfortunately you won’t be able to make any changes to your products, but if you require delivery or contact detail changes, please email [email protected]
